Job Overview:

As a partner success manager, you manage the relationships with named clients. The bottom line function for this position is to retain our partners and ensure the transition of our partners from satisfied to thrilled. You must have strong experience handling multiple accounts in digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO).

Responsibilities:
-Meet with clients at least once per month to review reports, progress & plan going forward
-Develop a strategy for each client quarterly
-Make sure meetings with clients are notated in CRM
-Update chart of accounts along with status:
-Reached out for a meeting
-Had meeting
-Sent recap email in the absence of a meeting
-Respond to client emails on a proactive basis (within the same
business day)
-Answer inbound client calls & deal with requests as needed
-Document tickets & follow through on open items for clients
-Follow up on tickets weekly to ensure they are in progress & close
the loop with clients
-Greater than 95% Retention of Partners Quarterly
-Other miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities related to Account management


Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or relevant field.
-Preferred a B2B but not required
-Experience with Digital Marketing is required
-Experience with SEO is a plus
-Proven four(4) years and above of working experience as an Account Manager.
-Proficient in CRM software and Google G Suite.
-Ability to communicate with the sales team efficiently.
-Outstanding project management and time management skills.
-Strong customer service skills.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently or in a team.
-Confident and reliable individual.
-Outstanding negotiation skills.
-Trustworthy and critical thinker.
-Excellent listening skills.
-At least a 3-minute video, self-introduction
-Must have a backup internet connection or dual internet connection set up. (This is a must)
-At least a minimum quad-core CPU for the workstation/laptop; the faster the processor, the better. (This is a must)
