Our requirements:
1. VA experience of any skill. Our connections deal with several type of business and would be needing various types of employees.
2. Good and stable working station. One of the things our clients have a challenge with is the consistency of productivity.
3. Integrity. We are big on this. You have to be able to do what you say you can do.
4. Available and ready to work. Since we have a lot of clients and connections, they tend to do business in different parts of the world. Time zone preferences should not be a factor.
5. Most importantly, willingness to learn. Growth in not about salary, it is about being better than you were yesterday. We need people that can go out of their way and find solutions to problems they do not know off. Must be willing to do whatever it takes to complete a task.
