Php / Laravel Developer Location Cebu

We are seeking a Full-Stack Freelance Developer who has experience in developing large, cloud-based applications.
At least 3 years of developer experience.
A resident of Cebu and is close to IT Park or Cebu Business Park.
Available for hybrid work place set-up (at least 3 days in the office)
Must have Laravel experience.
