About the Company


US-based Real Estate Investment Firm in Rentals Management is seeking an experienced Social Media Content Creator to work with the Real Estate Business. We have tea ---------- mbers in the US and PH collaborating daily on operating the Real Estate business and solving problems.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:
Have 2-3 year experience in doing contents for Social Media platforms; FB, Instagram, Linkedin, etc
Have a broad knowledge in real estate preferred
Can develop a creative and innovative contents, articles, presentations, blog posts, copywriting and newsletter or other marketing materials
A solid understanding of social media marketing for business and trends
Must have sample articles from previous work to consider
Must be able to work independently or collaboratively with marketing team and the founder
Excellent written English skills (C2 level or higher)
Able to meet deadlines

What We Provide:
Start as part-time work at PH 20,000/month variable w/ experience and workload expectations. Current position is expected to be 20hrs on a scheduled time a week. This position can also be a freelance scenario of variable workload throughout the month on an ongoing basis.

What You Provide:
Must have your own working computer,
Must have high speed internet not below 20mbps
Must have appropriate software
Must be willing to learn and take assignments with deadlines
Must communicate through Slack, Google Meet, Skype, and other common platforms
Must perform well in a team environment
Must meet deadlines
Must be responsive and communicative during the work day.
