Hi, Ido & Dafnee here, we have a big construction company in the US, we are currently looking for somebody expert in excel and know how to create spreadsheet and can help us communicate with our clients,


We need someone with a strong personality that can move on his own without us telling him what needs to be done.

We are looking for:

* Someone who has office management and marketing experience
* Excel
*Dashboard
*Microsoft
*Google Sheet
*Basic formulas to complex VBA Macros
*Graphs
*Pivot tables
* Emails for company by outlook
*Employees – payroll
*Reporting –
*Someone with fluent English (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
* Experience using: QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets/Docs/Drive, Zoom, WhatsApp, Excel.
* Very organized
* Someone who has a positive attitude
* A solution provider
* Proactive
* Able to start immediately.
* Able to work during 10 am - 6 pm CST, Monday - Friday
* Someone who has a minimum internet speed is at least 20mbps.

All those skills are must for the proposed position.
