A client success manager and backend assistance are needed by our credit repair business.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities
-Onboard all new clients and verify documentation
-Provide exceptional customer service
-Build relationships with multiple present and potential clients
-Outbound call/Email/Text messaging
-Schedule Appointments and Consultations
-Updating client records
-Collecting past due payment
-Reaching out to clients for documentation/additional information/progress update
Skills and Proficiencies
-MUST speak good English ( C1 or C2)
-Good grammar, writing, and reading skills
-Ability to research and evaluate data to make informed decisions and
solve problems
-Strong mathematical and analytical skills
-Sense of discretion and willingness to maintain strict confidentiality of
pertinent and sensitive information
-A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
-Strong customer service and problem-solving
-Able to handle work under pressure
-Knows how to deescalate situations
-Team Player
-Innovative
Technical Requirements:
Fast Internet, Smart Phone & Computer, Noise-canceling headphones
Hours of Operation:
M-F 10 am to 7 pm EST
