- A fast-paced and entrepreneurial Serviced Accommodation Management company which is multiplying across the UK
- Currently operating in 15 major towns and cities in the UK and looking to add many more in the coming months and years
- Selling our properties on Online Travel Agent (OTA) websites such as Airbnb and ---------- plus many, many more
- Working with both leisure and corporate guests looking for great prices, superb service and a home away from home.
- Continuously striving to improve and refine our service to become to very best at what we do

The day-to-day activities of the job role would include (but are not limited to) the following:

- Inbound Calls (Guests, OTA’s, Housekeeping)
- Outbound calls (Housekeeping and Maintenance teams)
- Coordinating maintenance projects to ensure that deadlines are met
- Producing and maintaining Excel reports
- Documenting processes (MS Office, GDrive and Dropbox)
- Documenting maintenance work (Trello)
- Ad-hoc tasks such as producing documents, spreadsheets, presentations etc.
- Strong team communication (via Ryver & WhatsApp)

The right candidate will have a background with:

- Property Management such as Airbnb or ----------
- Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions
- Confidence in speaking with people from the United Kingdom
- Ability to multitask and organize work efficiently
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Willingness to learn new systems

This position will be for 40 hours per week with 2 days off. Work schedule to be discussed during the interviews.

Experience in the Hospitality industry is highly encouraged.

Applicants with no existing clients are preferred.
