Experienced App Developer needed ASAP

I’m looking for an EXPERIENCED App Developer. We have created a social networking website. The template (WoWonder) is bad and we need something better.

I need someone who can help with taking the existing website that is in theWoWonder template that has been highly customized, into a better template. And also creating an API so that it with go to Android and IOS.
