Speakers Booking Agent - Salary plus BIG COMMISSIONS

I am a public speaker and need more engagements. I have a good speaker's website, splash video, and an impressive list of previous clients. I need someone to research speaking jobs available, apply for them, and close the deals. I will pay a salary and a finder fee for each gig. You could easily make 1000s. The great candidate would already have a bunch of contacts in the event planners world, the people that hire speakers. Did you used to do this for someone else and have a bunch of contacts?
