Reboot Technologies in conjunction of Invocabo Call Center Services is looking for candidates in the “Help Desk Remote Technician” field. If you have the ability to repair computers remotely and have excellent customer experience then this job is perfect for you! We want the best for our customers so every job you complete will be rated. This is a contracted job that might turn into a permanent position in the future that will include benefits. The position is 100% remote while working at our call center.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to speak with customers over the phone on a daily basis
- Must be willing to go out of your way to satisfy the customer.
- Have patience if the customer is upset or angry
- Direct the client through our web portal to download and install the remote server.
- Troubleshoot problems, prepare tickets and offer a satisfactory service.
- Virus removal, error codes, driver installation/repair, tune-ups, etc will be performed on a daily basis.
- Record the proper solution to your computer repair.
- Have a great personality to make our customers happy.
Requirements:
- YOU MUST LIVE IN DAVAO CITY
- Work is ON-SITE ONLY
- Great American English communication skills with some understanding of the slang.
- An Understanding of Microsoft products (Preferred, but not required knowledge of Excel, Office, Power Point, etc..)
- Educational computer science background is a plus or proof of 2 years real world experience repairing computers.
- Be able to pass our qualifications test.
- Willing to grow personally and through the company.
- Have a passion with for the information technology field.
- Always striving to learn.
- Have good attendance to be reliable for the position.
- Willing to share your knowledge of computers with your fellow co-workers. (This is a team effort)
