Reels Shorts Social Media Content Creator

I am looking for someone who can create reels and shorts and short form content edit from our long form videos. This is a part time job 15 hours per week. The content is educational in nature and also entertaining. You will post to social media at least 10 days per week twice per day. This content can be scheduled. You must have a good understanding of how to optimize reels, tik toks and create hooks in edited videos.
