Illustrator / Concept Artist

I am looking for a good illustrator/graphic artist who can create excellent digital art for t-shirts and all kinds of apparel. The niche for the art is "American patriotic" niche. All of the art must be original and hand-drawn. Stock assets are not acceptable.

I am also looking for someone who can come up there own concepts and designs to work on.

My rates are 75usd per every design.
