Skiptracer

I am looking for an experienced skiptracer.

This job will entail the following:
1. Visit ----------
2. Enter a “Recorded Date Range” of the most recent month of data, i.e. 2/18/2023
3. Click “Filter Document Types”, Click “Federal Tax Liens” and select the “Federal Tax Liens” checkbox
4. Click “Search”
5. In a spreadsheet, you’ll enter Name (listed as “Grantor”) and Recorded Date from that list
6. Click the individual line item to open a copy of the document
7. Enter Kind of Tax (1040, 941, 1120, etc), Tax Period Ending, Identifying Number, and Unpaid Balance of Assessment
8. If there are multiple rows (for example), Kind of Tax will be “940/941/1120”, Tax Period Ending will be “ ---------- ”, and Unpaid Balance of Assessment will be the total at the bottom
9. If the record is for a business, use your skiptracing skills to find the owner of the business and enter their name in the row
---------- e your skiptracing skills to find at least 3 phone numbers for the person responsible (individuals will be the individual, businesses will be the owner of the business)

The pay is $0.10 per completed record (filled out + 3 phone numbers).

We expect our skiptracers to provide about 500 records per week.

There are no mandatory hours for this position - work your own schedule as long as you meet quotas.
