JOB OVERVIEW

Need someone who has experience in communicating through CRM text and setting appointments and nurturing leads to come in and to come back in. You will also deal with current members who haven't come in or delinquent accounts. Leaving notes on your activity is crucial for us to close.
You will be mainly dealing with people through text and email but you will need to call at times so you will need an English rating of an 5 stars (If you qualify and are lower than a 5 I will do a quick zoom)
You will be the first person that a potential customer talks to so you will need to be friendly, educated and know the ins and outs of our academy and the schedule
It would be a preferred if you can work our hours of operation

We are a well known well respected martial arts academy needing a program director


Employee will need to check a task list everyday on Spark and reply to Market Muscle texts to get them into the academy
on the task list could be

1. Answer texts through Market Muscle. Find the right class for them( we will discuss the right classes) then once they have agreed to a class go to spark and find their information and set an appointment for the time and day they are coming in. Make sure to hit email day before and day after.
2. Go through the past 3 weeks of calendar and for those that were on a calendar reach out either to bring them in (no show class and try to get them in) or showed (ask them about their class and whether or not they are interested in trying another class) You will have to be familiar with the right classes to place them in
3. For students whose memberships are coming up but haven't been in, try reaching out and see what could be made easier for them to come back in so resigning them will not be so difficult. For those who have been training regularly send them a casual reminder their membership is up and they will need to stop by the front to renew.
4. sending delinquent members a text and an email reminding them of our billing company and not wanting to lose them to collections.
5. Reach out to people missing in action and give them a check in to see if there is anything we can do to make it easier for them to get back in the habit so they can remain on the team.
6. Prepare Email campaigns we will supply the information to be put in.
7. As needed, answer certain emails once you are comfortable how to deal with cancellations that are allowed by our contract.
8. Phone calls to the people that did not contact us back through email or sms to either set up appointments, check in on MIA, delinquent accounts or renews.
