Responsibilities:
-Research salaries and creating job descriptions based on the companies need
- Post jobs to job hiring platforms and social media (both US based, and Phillipines)
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidate's resumes and job applications
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
-Help with the onboarding process, providing access to all software, sending trainings, etc.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as the “best place to work”
- Other tasks as assigned
Property management experience preferred for example hiring maintenance, leasing agents, and community managers.

Requirements:
- A high school qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a recruiter
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized.
