JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a Google Ads specialist responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns within a fast-paced environment. As a Google Ads specialist, you must be well-versed in digital marketing best practices.

You will need to know how to create compelling ads that will catch the attention of potential customers while also driving conversions. The candidate also needs to know how to effectively manage client budgets so they can maximize ROAS.

You will be responsible for:

• Setting up Google Ads conversions tracking.
• Creation and management of Google Ads Campaign.
• Copywriting of Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitoring keyword bids, budget caps, and other account metrics to work toward goals.
• A/B testing to develop expert knowledge in paid digital and remain at the forefront of best practice and innovation.
• Ongoing keyword research, coupled with identifying new keyword opportunities.
• Continually managing campaigns and performance and driving results.
• Managing the technical aspects across Ad Campaigns.
• Analysing and reporting campaign results to identify successes and opportunities for improvement.
• Good at managing budgets working to keep costs down and get the most conversions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 2+ years in Google Ads specialising .Must work on CDT time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of Google Ads and automated bidding solutions is necessary.
• Expert knowledge in setting up conversion tracking, pixels and goals.
• Experience across the entire marketing funnel - from ad creative advice to landing pages and optimisation strategies.
• Google AdWords and Analytics certifications are preferable.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Google suite (Google Analytics, GTM and Merchant Centre).
• Confidence in owning Google ads budget.
• Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Bing Ads and Google Analytics.
• Organisation is key, and the ability to work
• quickly and autonomously at times, while still producing quality work.
• Bring new, fresh ideas to the company.
