VIRTUAL ASSISTANT, LEAD GENERATOR, AND APPOINTMENT SETTER

We’re matchmakers, bringing together the perfect consumer with a particular product, and getting them buzzing about it where it matters most. We also help brands develop even better products by collecting honest, constructive feedback from their target customers -- and we’re growing.
As our sales assistant, the first point of contact for all outbound brand pursuits globally and be responsible for booking meetings for the sales team at Stellar Reviews. Being the first point of contact, this position is critical to the growth of our business by providing an exceptional customer experience while having some background of our product and company for communication outreach to brands.
You’re focused on customer success! That means having a strong work ethic, the ability to be coached by our VP of Business Development and understand how to implement feedback on sales messaging. This candidate will also be a self- starter who is proactive in driving net new business, increasing the client base, and evangelizing the value of the Stellar Reviews.
How you’ll make an impact:
- You’ll make a high volume of outbound calls/emails to both warm and cold prospects.
- You’ll identify qualified prospects, and booking meetings for the sales team to follow up on
- You’ll work with team on messaging outreach to build pipeline and gain net new logos for the company.

- You have experience with Salesforce, lead management tools like mixmax, and/or Google Sheets.

Salary:
- The initial base salary is negotiable starting between ?25,000 and ?35,000 for 30-40 hours per week.
