Facebook Ad Specialist to Join a Small Agency

Who are we?

We are a small marketing agency looking to hire one team member to be in charge of service delivery.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a digital marketing expert who will specialize in running Facebook and Google Ads, managing ad managers, content creation and copywriting in the dental niche. He will be a participant on calls with clients and myself. He will be entirely in charge of service delivery at the agency. He will do assigned tasks for the day and report back in daily meetings.

He needs to have proficient English. Enough to be understood and perfect in writing.

He needs to have an ad spend of at least $30k, solid experience and knowledge in digital marketing.

He needs to be willing to go an extra mile, to help create pages, learn new software and technologies, bring positive feedback and be dedicated to solving problems.

He is willing to come on board as a full time team member down the line. Which means he is willing to end other jobs or projects when time comes. He is willing to increase workload and responsibility over time.

We are looking for someone tech-versed that likes the day to day, doesn’t have a personal brand and doesn’t wish to be a superstar.

Preferably aged 16-30, any country

We are looking for someone open and transparent. Determined and responsible.
