We’re looking for a Part-Time WordPress Web Designer / SEO Expert!

We have 3 DTC brands that use WordPress / Woocommerce. We are looking for a self-motivated web developer / SEO expert to manage the technical side of the WordPress sites for (3) of our brands.

-Self-motivated technical wizard with excellent WordPress and SEO skills to Design, implement and manage websites using WordPress
-Designing and implementing new features and functionality specifically focused on MOBILE UI and responsiveness.
-Strong understanding of front-end and back-end website development.
-Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture.
-A creative thinker who has excellent communication and can troubleshoot standard problems.
-Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
-Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.
-A critical thinker who can give us feedback on our website's functionality and SEO, informed by their own research and analysis.
-A fast learner who can learn from constructive criticism to adjust their work and need less oversight and fewer revisions in the future.
-A team player who wants to become part of our team and grow with our company to make more money and build more skills, and not just use us as another side project.
-A progressive worker who takes pride in their job.

Compensation and Benefits:

-Hourly pay will be based on experience: ranging from $6 - $9 per hour
-Annual salary increase based on performance
-1 PTO credit per month of service as well as a 13th month & Performance bonus
-Holiday PTO provided

Working Hours:

The schedule is flexible but will require you to attend 3-4 company meetings per week during Central Standard Timezone (CST)
