Result Statement
To convert quality leads into profitable transactions through tactical negotiations, relationship/rapport building, and proper evaluations of property/seller needs.


Roles & Responsibilities
Receive/make calls from all avenues of marketing and evaluate all qualified ---------- e script to qualify all leads.
Enter, maintain, track, and follow up with all Leads in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
Report to and assist Sales Manager by ensuring leads are properly qualified and offered.
Test and evaluate consumer response to different negotiations tactics and scripts.
Link the proper leads to the proper campaigns for accurate tracking and measuring. Work with the Marketing Manager if necessary.
Analyze properties, look at comparables, and determine cash offers.
View/evaluate properties virtually and get contracts with potential sellers to purchase their home.
Give ratified contracts to the Closing Department.
Additional duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary.
Hold to the highest ethical standards and use business judgment to balance the needs of the client with the needs of the company.
