• Build Leads Pipeline
• Contact prospects to qualify leads
• Familiar with Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
• Conduct research to obtain information about potential leads
• Provide accurate and timely information to management

Qualification:

• Cold Calling experience and rapport-building expert
• Experience in maintaining CRM and Research
• Strong project and time management skills
• Can provide the following off-market/on-market REI lists such as:
---probate, cash buyers, motivated sellers, vacant property,
---absentee owners, tax delinquent, liens, bankruptcy, divorce,
---flippers, senior owners, tired landlords, stressed properties, Pre-
---foreclosure, d4d, and water shut-off
