Real Estate Virtual Assistant (VA) + 13th Month Bonus + Commissions!

Overview

We are looking for motivated and coachable virtual assistants to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect for leads via cold-calling to help us acquire off-market real estate. This position is a stepping stone for potential future growth opportunities. You will learn to sell, communicate and work together as a team. This is a SALES JOB and you will be talking to people all day. Please do not apply if you do not have experience cold calling. If you are trained in REISift, that is a huge bonus.


Responsibilities

Cold calling and generating qualified leads with the four pillars: motivation, timeline, condition and price

Single line dial sellers through Aircall and REISift

Set follow-up appointments and calls for acquisitions

Attend daily huddles/coaching calls and be prepared to participate and ask questions

Ability to learn web based software quickly and proficient in technology


Skills & Experience

Fluent and conversational in English

Strong English written and verbal communication skills

At least 6 months of experience as a real estate virtual assistant

Experience with telemarketing and cold calling

Familiarity with Calltools, REISift, Propstream, Batchleads and Aircall is a plus



Requirements

Ability to work third shift (this position requires calling prospects in the Pacific time zone from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm)

Headset and webcam

Reliable home internet connection, 10 mbps+

PC requirements: 4GB of ram and dual core 2Ghz or higher
