Towing Dispatcher

Prestige Towing Company is looking for Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to add a to our team.
This is a full-time position.
Hours of operation are Monday- Friday 8am-5pm (Arizona Time).

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Answering live inbound calls and dispatching our drivers to the scene of the a ---------- /customer home/business.
*Booking capacity and organization scheduling calls.
*Closing calls.
*Generating ADOT release forms for drivers.
*Upload payment and documents.
*Must be reliable and a team player.
*Must have reliable transportation.
*Have computer knowledge.
