Stojo, maker of sustainable reusable food and drink containers, is seeking an operations associate who is organized and familiar with PO placement, inventory management and testing protocol.

What we need:
1) Previous experience with data entry - purchase order placement.
2) Strong understanding of testing standards and QC protocol with larger US based companies.
3) Prior international shipping experience.
4) Very detail oriented and organized. Willing to learn and create processes.
5) A fast learner.
6) Google Drive, Google Sheets, NetSuite and Amazon proficient a plus.
7) Strong communication skills.

What you will do:
1) Process Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in NetSuite for US customers and International distributors.
2) Update inventory on third party platforms for sales (Faire, Mirakl, Amazon, Etc).
3) Organize and manage testing documents.
4) Assist to book international freight shipments and provide necessary customs documentation.
5) Follow up on open factory orders.
6) Respond to inbound sales inquiries.
7) Administrative follow up on accounts receivable.

Who you are:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales operations / production (CPG, ideally hard goods, but open to other industries).
• You’re an excellent writer and effective communicator.
• You love spreadsheets and organizing information.
• You have extremely strong attention to detail.
• 1-2 years of experience with testing and quality control.
• You’re a collaborative team player
