Accountant Manager Wanted

We are looking for a skilled Finance Director or Management Accountant with experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors. We operate a number of business from Gym businesses / Hotel and real estate rental.
We are looking for a tea ---------- mber to:
• Preparation monthly Xero accounts and input expenses & revenue invoices
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Preparation of monthly Accruals, Prepayments and Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
• Preparation of cash flow projections.
• Management of working capital – prompt collection of accounts receivable and regulation of supplier payments.
• Raise new invoices
• Managing day to day banking issues.
• Responsibility reconciliation of accounts payable and receivables.
• Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget.
• Preparation of year-end accounts.
• Responsible for VAT preparation.
• Regular monitoring and ensuring compliance of the Purchase Order system.
• Providing ad hoc reports for management.
• Preparation of financial modelling of new CAPEX and new projects.
