JOB OVERVIEW

We need someone that can manage the incoming emails for one of our US Based clients, return missed phone calls, mails, answer incoming calls, cater queries, solve complains and provide other service or support for customer. You will manage an online office, so we are looking for someone familiar with this. We require at least 2 years experience, and with solid knowledge in CS and TechSupport. Only those who can commit full time can apply.
