Data Analyst for a Saas Solution

---------- is offering a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to Property Managers. We help our users grow their business by better managing their clients ---------- helps them build a culture of performance in their business and a strong reputation in their market.

**Overview of the mission**

This data analyst mission is the opportunity to work alongside the CEO, initially to create dashboards and improve data manipulation.

**Responsibilities**

The mission may evolve over time:

1. Create dashboards:
Using Metabase, create data visualisation to help us and/or our users measure performance, create benchmark, manage billing, etc.

2. Improve data manipulation:
Data is currently collected from individual users via csv export file(s) from their management software. Then the data is manipulated via Google Sheets that we designed to generate csv files in a format suitable for import into our own Software solution.
We're looking to improve this process and reduce the manual steps required.

**Required Skills**

Expert level proficiency in SQL, Excel / Google Sheets and Business Intelligence tools such as Metabase or Power BI.
Experience with Ruby on Rail would be beneficial.
Ability to suggest and make improvements.
Existing experience with a relevant role or mission is a plus.
