Google SEA Specialist
We are looking for an Google Ads Specialist to manage our agency's clients and partner’s marketing activities.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ad campaigns. They’re tasked with creating, updating, and monitoring ad copy, keywords, bids, and other elements of a company’s online marketing strategy.
You must be well-versed in digital marketing best practices. You need to know how to create compelling ads that will catch the attention of potential customers while also driving conversions. You also need to know how to effectively manage our clients’ ad budget so that they can maximize ROI on every dollar spent.
Why this job is different:
We are a Dutch company with plenty of European clients.
This means that you will be managing Google Ad campaigns for international websites.
Would this be a problem? No.
There is no difference in the research process, apart from the keywords’ language. But your decisions are data-based, so this shouldn’t be a problem!
What will you be doing:
• Formation Of Effective And Efficient Google Ad Strategies
• Creating, Launching And Managing Various PPC Ad Campaigns
• Conducts Keyword Research To Make A List Of Keywords(Longtail, Phrase Match, Exact Match) Phrases To Bid On.
• Manage Budget And Make Best Strategies For Effective Bidding To Make Maximum ROI.
• Perform AB Testing By Creating Different Ad Copies With Different Headlines.
• Manages Your Bids And Create Campaign Strategies
• Creating And Finalizing Attractive And Relevant Landing Pages For Google Ads.
• KPI Tracking To Monitor Performance
• Manages Your Bids And Create Campaign Strategies
• Make Plans For Audience Targeting
• Producing Reports For Ad Management And Insights
• Checking And Monitoring Existing Ad Campaigns And Making Recommendations On How To Optimize And Update Them.
• Preparing And Producing Detailed Analysis And Reports Of Ad Campaigns And Presenting Them To The Other Staff.
• Analyzing The Latest Marketing Trends And Optimize Ad Campaigns According To That
• Suggest Ways To Reduce Fraud Clicks.
• Making Suggestions For Creative Ad Campaigns And Templates.
Requirements:
• Have at least three and more years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEA campaigns using Google.
• Exceptional knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and cross-platform tracking
• Optimistic and ambitious mindset
• Google SEA/SEM expertise with a focus on CRO
• Hands-on experience in a high paced startup environment
• Highly methodical, detail-oriented, with a love for data
• Self-starter and getting-things-done mentality
• Fluent in English is a requirement (other languages such as German, French, and Dutch are a big plus)
• Data analysis skills (advanced Excel, SQL and/or Python) are a plus
• Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data daily
• Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus.
