THE ROLE:

Do you love analyzing numbers, spreadsheets, puzzles, and figuring out solutions to problems. A position as a PPC specialist with the 3Rock Agency might be the perfect fit!

The 3Rock agency is looking to hire 1 to 2 people for the role of Junior PPC specialist for Amazon in a full time position. We manage a wide range of Amazon accounts and in this job you would receive training and then become responsible for the PPC advertising of several Amazon accounts on a daily ---------- this role you will learn and use on a daily basis:
• Keyword research
• What makes Amazon's algorithm's work and what makes a great Amazon listing
• How to analyze these Amazon listings for problems and fix them
• And most importantly, Amazon PPC in a way you've most likely never seen it before

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS ROLE:

• EXPERIENCE - You must have a minimum of 6 month experience working with actual Amazon accounts in the past, ideally with experience running ads at scale on Amazon.
• HIGHLY ANALYTICAL THINKER - Training will be provided on our specific way to do PPC but the person we hire should love looking at numbers, charts, and data. If Microsoft Excel excites you, then this role may be for you.
• TEAM PLAYER - We hire for personality and attitude, and we can train you for any missing skills. Our agency works as a team to get the best possible results for our clients and you must be comfortable working closely with others in a positive environment.
• TIME MANAGEMENT - You must have good time management skills. Working in an agency environment can be busy and means you will need to be able to get a lot done quickly.

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:

• Setting up Amazon Ad campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, bids, and budgets for all assigned accounts as needed.
• Assist with monitoring ad accounts and adjusting bids and budgets as needed
• Report to a Team Lead and update managers on a consistent basis with updates, recommendations and insights.
• Perform Keyword Research, Competitor Research and Market Research for each assigned account.
• Analyze product listings for issues and be able to offer solutions for problems identified.
• Provide complete and accurate data in the weekly reports.
