Bookkeeper & Finanacial Analyst

I am looking for a top level Quickbooks expert / bookkeeper who can help me with 2 jobs. Ideally I would like to hire 1 person to do both jobs. The first job is full time until the project is completed. The second job is for long term, part time employment.

Job 1 - I am looking for a top level Quickbooks expert / bookkeeper who can help me clean up my Quickbooks Online books. We have a Quickbooks Online account that we use only for invoicing customers. I want to keep all the sales data in tact, but clean up the the very very messy banking information, chart of accounts, expenses so that I can use this account to run up to date financial reports in real time. I would like this person to work full time on this project until it is completed.

Job 2 - Once the books have been cleaned up, I am looking to hire a part time bookkeeper to keep my books up to date daily so that I always have the most up to date financial information for reporting. I expect this person to work a minimum of 10 hours per week to update the books and generate financial reports at my request, as well as advise me on any expenses and budgeting concerns I need to be aware of. The report we will be generating will be more advanced than simple bookkeeping because we have several sales channels, and I want to be able to categorize expenses for each each sales channel so that I can look at the financial performance of each channel.
