Customer Service Representative

Hello,

My name is Jonathan. I run an international dropshipping company that sells products across the world.

I am currently looking for a Full-Time Shopify store VA to join my growing team.

Flexible working hours are REQUIRED
Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing a Shopify account is REQUIRED
Experience in handling customer service concerns is REQUIRED.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Required)
High experience with managing other staff/departments is a STRONG advantage
Experience with email marketing (Klaviyo, etc) is a plus
Proficiency in writing (product descriptions, ad copies, landing pages, etc) is an advantage
Thorough understanding of SEO and Keyword strategies (Preferred)

Perks:
*Pay starts at $3.50 / hour, raises are included
*You can work as much as you want. I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get paid.
*Flexible Vacation, if you need time off just let me know.
*Opportunity to advance/get bonuses, if you do a good job I will give you a raise and bonuses.

I own 2 different companies, 3D Printers Workshop, and Transtar LLC. I have been building online businesses since 2014, I've been working with Virtual Assistants for over 4 years and all of my VA’s have been very happy to work with me.
