JOB QUALIFICATION
-Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends and, social management
-Hands on experience in content management
-Highly creative with an eye for detail
-Familiarity with social media and digital platforms (IG, Facebook, Tiktok)
-Great oral and written communication skills (creative writing skills is a plus)
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Solid organizational and time management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to stay in the loop and find new and better ways of maintaining social media activity
-Uses social media marketing tools to create content and measure results (Facebook and ---------- accounts)
-Manage an organization's online presence by developing a relevant strategy for growth
-Communicate with team leaders to set clear objectives
-Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools
-Recommend improvements to increase performance, reach & conversions (sales originating from social media content)
-Ability to creating engaging multimedia content and communicating with the designer on what content we need to maintain consistent brand image
