JOB OVERVIEW

Speakeasy Bookkeeping is based in Florida, United States. We are looking for a permanent, full-time bookkeeper to join our team who can grow with us and rise from the ranks. We specialize in small and medium size business bookkeeping and we work with a wide variety of companies across many industries all over the United States.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of small & medium size business bookkeeping.
This position requires excellent spoken English as well as written English communication ---------- addition, an expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks Online is required along with maintaining your QBO Advanced certification.
This person has a desire to learn and grow with the company.

Responsibilities:
*Responding to client emails regarding financial reports/statements, updates on their Quickbooks Online account, status updates for cleanup/setup/monthly reconciliations
*Pursuing clients for sales summary reports, payroll reports, bank statements, other miscellaneous files needed
*Ensuring that the client’s QBO account is up to date on app integration and bank sync’s
*Providing phone support for clients on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between the hours of 9PM - 3AM Philippine Time
*Updating ---------- (our CRM) on tasks and projects that you complete daily
*Send a daily report

Qualifications:
4 Years of bookkeeping experience
4 years of QuickBooks Online experience required
Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
High level English (spoken and written)
Ability to multitask with accuracy and transition between the books of multiple businesses each day
Ability to work with efficiency and accuracy under tight deadlines
Is a self-starter and isn't afraid to take action - we don't like to micro-manage you
Can begin work right away

Work Schedule:
This is a permanent, full-time position, Mondays to Fridays. The work hours are ---------- itially, we will need you to be available between 9AM - 3PM Eastern Standard Time (9PM - 3AM Philippine Time) until we have a good work rhythm going. You will get all of the leave and vacation days that you desire so long as you notify your supervisor ahead of time, your tasks are being completed with excellence, deadlines are being met, and the clients assigned to you specifically are taken care of. We honor all Filipino holidays.

We honor 13th-Month after 6-months of work which is paid out in December. We also offer a Christmas bonus.
