JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Kpop & Kdrama dropshipping fashion store. Our website is running on WordPress & Woocommerce and looking for someone who can support us in our customer support team as well as in our product listings/product management team. The task is initially quite a repetitive process, but we are a growing company and are seeking talented people who want to grow with us, which means also taking over tasks, which require more thought and Upgrade to see actual infoesh ideas and suggestions is what we are looking for in a person. If you are motivated by that and not afraid of that, please submit your proposal.

This is what you will need:

- Is a Korean-Pop fan (kpop fan)
- Speaks fluent English & has great communication skills (!very important)
- Always willing to learn new things and looks for constant improvement on their skills
- Have a good work ethic

Nice to have:

- Experience with WordPress & WooCommerce
- Experience with dropshipping in general
- Experience as a virtual assistant
- Skills in Zendesk & Asana are much welcomed as this will already save you a lot to learn.

For us, soft skills, like good communication, organizing skills, and a good work ethic, are far more important than your “hard skills” in software for example WooCommerce or Zendesk.

Your tasks:

Your main task is going to be customer support (only Email!) and closely connected to this is the order processing part. Primarily it is going to be for our kpop fashion store and from time to time also for our second store which is a home decor store. You're going to be the intermediary for our customers by doing Email support and our warehouse who is processing the orders.

While the customer support task will only fill 60% of your work time you will also get onboarded on our product management team and support them when needed. Therefore experience in sourcing, creating products in WooCommerce, and being able to handle Google sheets is a big advantage.

The position is a full-time job, so we expect you to be available for 40hrs per week. You should also expect to log in one time during the weekend, which will be Saturday or Sunday (only a few hours). When exactly it will depend on the coordination with your colleague. Due to the nature of customer support, you will have to log in two times per day. Preferable in the morning and one time in the evening (Philippine time).
