IT HCM Solution Architect

Qualifications:

1. With 10+ years of experience with the business processes HR Core, Payroll, Benefits, Self Service, OTL, Compensation, and Recruitment.
2. With ability to focus on details and consult financial executives
3. Successful track record working with RAMCO HCM Applications and technology in a Solution Architect role.
4. Proven track record of design, implementation and completion of HR transformation project (process and technology)
5. Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
6. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
