3. Proven portfolio of completed projects.
4. Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Detailed knowledge of workflow and process control software.
7. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Good interpersonal and interviewing skills.
9. Experience with team management.
