Experienced Recruitment Consultant Needed

We're a 3 year old recruitment agency founded in 2019 and focused in the technology sector across Europe, We help our clients across Sweden, Denmark and Finland build their software development teams. Working with the latest SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) tech start-ups, having a global impact on the tech sector.

What does the role entail?
Business Development across start-ups to large corporations
Sourcing CV’s and networking within your area to build up the network of developers
Account Management skills
Achieving set financial targets and working to deadlines
Initial candidate screening for suitability for job openings

What we expect from you:
(B2B or B2C).
You are a graduate OR have achieved strong A-level results or equivalent
You have a strong drive to succeed and financially driven
You are interested in growing into a leadership position as the business expands
You are comfortable using social-media platforms
You are interested in learning about software development
You are interested in personal development
