**Social Media Manager & Social Content Poster for a Family Conservation PAC**

- Creating and/or curating content (writing copy, designing or modifying graphics, editing videos, and contributing to editorial content)
- Building content calendars and scheduling/publishing content
- Community management (replying to comments and messages, flagging issues to other teams)
- Acting as a channel owner for all social media accounts (including knowing each channel’s best practices, d ---------- which content goes out where and when, and adapting content across channels)
- Overseeing content, providing feedback to creative/content teams (acting as the subject matter expert for all content destined for publishing on social media)

The job is intended to evolve into a full-time position with the company, including additional responsibilities, opportunities, and income. This position is not a week/month-long opportunity. We are looking for a valuable tea ---------- mber to evolve and grow with the company for YEARS to come.

SOCIAL PLATFORMS DUTIES
- Creating and/or curating content (writing copy, designing or modifying graphics, editing videos, and contributing to editorial content)
- Twitter (trending topics, post, hashtags, organic growth, retweets, favorites and spaces)
- Tik Tok (hashtags, organic growth, post)
- Instagram (content, post, directives on links, copy, hashtags, DM’s)
- Facebook (groups, polls, questionnaire, ad post, post)
- Pinterest (content, links, copy, Hashtag)
- Wordpress updates (posting, polls, edits, light SEO, images)

RATE
- Base rate $4.00 per hour after 30 days can bump to $4.50 to $5 based on social media management background onboarding training, performance, and availability.
- Hours: Mon-Friday 7pm-3am EST. Hours can be flexible but availability from 9pm-12am EST is a major key for training as well as ongoing communication with supervisors and company executives.
- Payments: Weekly via ---------- . Hourly Time tracking via HubStaff or ---------- itially the first 2-3 weeks, payments will be made via PayPal. Once onboarding is complete, we will move to weekly/bi-weekly bank direct deposits.

We are a Direct Response Marketing and E-commerce company that has been in online marketing and sales for well over a decade, specializing in self-defense tactical products as well as informational survival content in the Politically Conservative niche.

We have products on platforms like Shopify, CheckOutChamp (aka Konnecktive), ClickBank, etc...

REQUIREMENTS
