Role’s responsibilities:
• Plan and develop business development projects like: marketplace expansion, designing processes to acquire reviews from our clients, source upsell products, outreach to complimenting businesses to create joint venture partnerships with, etc.
• In-House People Management: assign project's tasks/subtasks to other tea ---------- mber, quality control the progress, manage and keep tea ---------- mbers accountable and ensure project's completion by deadline.
• Hire & manage freelancers/specialists for different project in different departments in the business.
• Constantly collect and analyze all possible data to track performance and make better decisions.

Key Skills Required:
• Focus: ability to be laser focused on one task/outcome at a time while eliminating all internal & external distractions.
• Project Management Skills: planning, prioritizing, scheduling, cost management, critical thinking, task & time management and quality management.
• Communication Skills: ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company; be 100% responsible for the effectiveness of our peer-to-peer communications. Must have excellent oral and written skills.
• Analytical Skills: ability to analyze data (ads, conversions, sales, other KPIs) to make data-driven ---------- pensation: Php 70,000-Php 85,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
A performance-based compensation structure will be offered within ---------- days, to align the company goals with yours, you will be able to choose between salary only to performance-based only or a combination of both.

•You are not comfortable working during US Eastern Time Zone business hours (9-6).

•You did not keep a job for 1 year or longer in the last 3 years (employer reference call will be made to verify).
•You are not willing for your monitor, activity level and other performance indicators to be tracked.
