We have a thriving real estate business and we are quickly growing our team of agents! We love what we do, focus on getting better each and every day, have a lot of fun, surround ourselves with amazing like-minded people, and love winning together! Now we want to win with you!

We are looking for a long-term relationship with a team, a one-stop shop solution to everything having to do with marketing, admin, and everything in between. This is why we are looking for a team of people who can handling everything we will be throwing at them. We don't believe this is a one person position.

Content Creation
* Lead content creation for our social media pages, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
* Shoot, edit and create static and short-form video to drive brand awareness and affinity.
* Analyze and identify trends in social media and culture to activate against
* Creativity! We want this person to help us stand out on ---------- esh, new and exciting ideas welcome!
* Develop and maintain editorial standards and content calendars to ensure optimized, targeted messaging across various social media channels
* Analyze content performance against social media KPIs. Track analytics to see what’s working and what’s not in order to optimize performance
* Holding special contests and giveaways that encourage followers to share, like, comment, and repost an organization's content, boosting visibility.
* Seeking out partnerships with others in our niche to help further grow these accounts
Work Experience and Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Experience with content marketing, strong creative writing skills, and adept with all social media platforms.
* Proof of strong social engagement through content creation within personal social profiles such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Reddit (any of these, not all is expected)
* Excellent analytic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within time constraints.
* Excellent level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
* Excellent level of oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate across a variety of audiences.
* Ability to establish credibility and be decisive while recognizing and supporting the company’s preferences and priorities.
* Strong time management skills, fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
* Committed to taking responsibility and ownership for agreed actions and delivery.
