Social Media Lead Generation Assistant with EXCELLENT English to manage Facebook group & profile (experience required'

For our online sales coaching business Pleasure in Selling Academy, I am currently looking for a part-time virtual assistant with a core focus of managing our Facebook Group and front end lead generation activities through my Facebook profile.
Pleasure in SellingAcademy: we help experts create a sales system that works for them, so they can consistently serve & sign high paying clients.

The tasks you will be completing daily & weekly:
- Add quality leads as Facebook Friends
- Send new Facebook Friends with a personalized message
- Inviting Facebook friends to our Facebook group
- Welcoming new Facebook group members with a standard sequence
- Engaging under posts & stories on Facebook/Instagram
- Scheduling posts & stories
- Working with our CRM system in Trello to keep track of quality leads
- Communicating with our tea ---------- mbers through Slack
- Share your End of the Day/Week report in Slack
- Supporting tea ---------- mbers with administrative tasks (email management, scheduling posts in slack, one time events, other things that might come up)

Hours:
This is a part time position with the potential to grow into a full time position in the next months. We start with a monthly trial period, divided in 2 parts:
The first day you work 6 hours to get familiar with everything & ask questions fast
The rest of the first 2 weeks you work 2 hours per day (10 per week)
If we are both satisfied we can scale up to 20 hours per week for the last 2 weeks

My current timezone is WEST (Portugal), your work hours during the trial period should be between 5PM - 01:00 AM (flexible when exactly, 2-4hr shifts). After the trial period when we add more hours you can also start earlier.

You’re the ideal person if you:
- EXCELLENT in English (spoken & written) & great communication skills.
- Direct, clear & precise communication - asking questions to verify & clarify
- Great attention to detail & following instructions. 80% following instructions, 20% taking initiative to improve in your function (during the trial period 100% following instructions)
- Enjoy spending time on their computer & on social media
- Fast typer, fast internet connection
- Experience as a virtual assistant and/or with lead generation tasks
- Enjoy working with targets to improve results
- Interest in Marketing & Sales
- Handle feedback really well, sees it as an opportunity for growth
Bonus points if you have:
- Extra computer screen
- Spiritual background/interest (yoga, breathwork, inner child work, personal development…)

Things you could say when you’re doing a great job:
- “Today I accepted 2 new Facebook group members, sent welcome sequences to all 15 new members and sent out 200 follow up messages to re-activate conversations!”
- “I’m working on the new task you assigned to me and I’ve added print screens of the messages I’ve been sending out in this ---------- n you please go over it and let me know if I’m doing it correctly or if I can improve something?”
- “Wow, amazing that we had more sales calls this month than last month! I can see that my improvements in adding more quality leads to the facebook group and sending out messages directly impacts the amount of calls being ---------- feels really good to be part of this team!”
- “I’ve been sending out welcome messages to new facebook friends and can see a pattern in those who are qualified leads and what they show on their profiles.”

Pay for this position starts at $4 USD/hour, when the trial period is over this will be $5 USD/hour
