JOB OVERVIEW

A leading digital marketing agency in Sydney is looking for a tech support specialist to assist with providing support to the staff and its customers.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Exceptional Customer service skills providing exceptional Service support to the business effective and professional communication skills.


Providing support to the internal teams and customers


Supporting team and users using all the applications used within the business.


Evaluation of tickets, customer calls and providing coaching and mentoring to tea ---------- mbers to follow best practice to support.

Create, manage and build processes and procedures.


Work to SLA thresholds for i ---------- (s), request(s) and problem(s) Reduce overall i ---------- and request count with the ability to work effectively under pressure.



For this role you must have the following skills & experience:

1 to 2 years experience in providing IT Technical Support.
Knowledge of Ticketing Software Tools, e.g Zendesk
Be able to work with minimal supervision.
Display the ability to troubleshoot technical related problems with software tools.
Be able to multitask and respond to tickets in a timely manner.
Display experience with process writing and documentation of resolving tickets.
Have excellent communication skills for communicating with customers and internal teams.
