Admin and Customer Service VA who has a love for pets

Hey there! We are looking for a Pet Supplement StartUp Assistant with strong administrative and customer service expertise for Holistic Vet Blend.

First, a little about the business.... Holistic Vet Blend is a startup pet supplement company who value a healthy lifestyle for both their pets and themselves. Founded by a vet, they believed in home made diet recipes for animals. They offer premix supplements to make meals that are complete and balanced. Their products are backed by years of experience using it in veterinary practice.


Next up....what are we looking for?

We are looking for a full-time, organized and hard-working social media marketing assistant to help her in the day to day of running her business. Ideally this candidate would mirror the values of her company which include:

*Pet ownership and holistic care

Responsibilities:

We need a self-starter, goal-driven, creative and detail oriented person who can grasp instructions quickly. Someone who is able to take charge and complete the following tasks with minimal supervision:

*strong customer service background - shopify, e-commerce tools
*growth mindset and continual learners
*advance experience using Canva
*advance experience in different social media platforms like
-YouTube: experience in SEO/optimization of videos, video editing
-IG/FB: ability to make a reel from a YouTube post, Facebook ads
-Pinterest: experience with Taliwind is a plus
- TikTok: turn videos into a short form video
*Social media engagement
*Repurposing Contents


Some tools Dody uses include:

-Canva
-Zoom
-Monday
-Shopify
-Social Media Apps (Pinterest, Youtube, TikTok)
-Klaviyo (for weekly news templates and blogpost)
-Shipbob (Fulfillment company)
-Stripe/Paypal
-Returnly (for returns process)

A few other things you might need to know:
*Dody works in the PST time zone, and preferably looking for someone who can work with her from 9AM - 1PM PST.
*She loves doing pet recipes and is very excited to start and expand her business especially in areas of advertising and marketing.


We are only interested in candidates for this position who are looking for full-time, long-term work. This position is for Dody’s assistant only, so please don’t apply if you are interested in building an agency or plan to move on to another career.
