We are a leader in the space, and looking to expand our design team with rockstar talent that is ready to learn and grow with our business. At Custom Cones USA our mission is to help pre-roll businesses of all sizes start and grow their businesses.

About The Position:
Custom Cones USA is seeking a full-time graphic designer with at least 6 years experience that has a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional use of design principles and who also has the ability to multitask with an emphasis on package and packaging design, as well as logo and brand identity design. Must have expert level skills in creating print-ready designs using dieline templates as well as adjusting and creating die-lines. You will be working alongside our company founders, lead/staff creatives, as well as any other department that may need your assistance from sales to customer service.

Responsibilities:
Designing creative, print-ready packaging and package design layouts
Designing print and digital assets for the Custom Cones brand and its sub-brands
Logo design and branding projects
Constant communication with supervisors regarding daily/weekly
monthly upcoming tasks and deadlines as well as using apps within Microsoft Teams
Editing and creating packaging die-lines
Creating/updating 3D mockups via Photoshop
Designing print catalogs for a variety of uses
Engineering engaging marketing and social media graphics
Reviewing and confirming the accuracy and print-readiness of final artwork while ensuring it meets company quality standards
Updating our website with new products and graphics
Archiving and cataloging all design elements and assets in an organized fashion via our company storage platform

Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years graphic design experience
3 years of Package design and logo experience preferred
A strong online portfolio or equivalent work samples that demonstrate use and mastery of design principles
The ability to work 40 hours per week with a schedule to be determined
The ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once
Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat — After Effects and Lightroom are a HUGE PLUS)
Basic understanding of web design as well as HTML/CSS are nice to have
Video editing experience is a HUGE PLUS
Working knowledge of Sharepoint, Microsoft Office, and other Microsoft apps
