Duties of the position will include;
- Answering the telephone
- Recording information into our database, based on the incoming calls
- Booking appointments
- Communicating messages and transferring calls from existing clients to other staff members and more generally being the front-line managers of all calls to the firm

There will be a great deal of training involved and we are looking for people that want to become part of the team, as such we are hiring direct rather than going through an agency.

Salaries will start at $550 US (or $885 AUD) a month during training. During this time you will not be doing any work on the phones.
Following the successful completion of training, usually two to four weeks, the salary will be increased to $650 US (or $1110 AUD) with the potential to earn as much as $1000 US (or $1500 AUD). This is not a commission based position. Salary advancements will be contingent on the applicants ability to the do the job. The quicker the applicant can handle the full range of duties the quicker the applicant will advance in salary.
We are prepared to pay more for applicants with exceptional abilities regarding English who are smart and confident at dealing with Australian clients.
The hours are 9am to 5pm Australian Eastern Standard time, presently this will be 6am through to 2pm Filipino time.
We will pay the 13th month.
We will pay extra when you work Filipino holidays.
Any salary increases will be dependent on the applicants ability to handle more complicated tasks, it will involve understanding aspects of the criminal law.
