1.Directing, coordinating, supervising and controlling the general conduct of works;
2.Administer internal coordination meetings (Bi-weekly or as-required) involving construction key personnel on site and other service providers involved to complete the project
3.Plans and schedules project timelines;
4.Prepare construction documents.
5.Implement assigned project according to schedule and budget.
6.Prepare local and imported materials requests as required by the projects
7.Attend coordination meetings with the client and with the other trades involved
8.Prepare monthly reports for the assigned project.
9.Prepare and report accidents/incidents to the client and the Construction operation Division Head.
10.Perform additional duties as instructed by the Construction Operation Division Head.
11.Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs;
12.In the Proposition of Variation Order, Project in-charge performs close coordination with Survey Team/Planning Department and Material Quality Control Department in ensuring the preparation data, computations, material testing, programs and plans concurred by the client
13.Monitors construction progress, including worker’s productivity and compliance with safety rules and regulations;
14.Presents reports defining project progress, problems and solution to Area Manager;
15.Ensures that the project is completed according to schedule and follows the Quality Standards in Construction
Resolves problems that may arise due to inclement weather, emergencies or other issue that can cause delay in the project completion.
