Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service representative to join our winning team at IBEX Roof. We are an expanding company and we are looking for someone who can grow with us! We need someone who has experience and has prior experience as customer service representative.


Requirements:
Must have great English communication skills. Native accent is a bonus.
Must have telemarketing experience.
Must be organized.
Must be energetic and aggressive in achieving their goals.
Get familiarized with our products and services

Duties are:
Follow up with clients with pending ---------- eck on clients with finished projects to determine if our services were satisfactory and if there are any feedbacks we need to work on.
Must be able to get at least 20 google reviews per week.
Other duties include assisting office admin work
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
