Our company is looking for a serious and experienced ACQUISITION SPECIALIST for a Real Estate Investment Company (Wholesaling). We are looking to hire immediately so EXPERIENCE is a MUST!!!


WORK DETAILS:
* We offer a Competitive Salary package plus Commission.
* This is a WFH set-up/ remote work.
* Working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm EST, Monday-Friday. (Weekends Off)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Receive/make calls from all avenues of marketing and evaluate all qualified leads.
* Contact & qualify all warm-provided leads & qualifies the seller's property to sell through our program (scripts are provided).
* Go on Appointments to view/evaluate properties and get contracts with potential sellers to purchase their homes.
* Keep in contact with Sellers and Buyers (Investors). Enter, maintain, track, and follow up with all Leads in our CRM.
* Evaluate & acquire prospective deals to get under contract then analyze properties, look at comparables, and determine cash offers.
* Be able to evaluate homes and expert in running the numbers (Quotations, Comparables, Repair Cost, After Repair Value, * * Tax Assessment, Equity, etc.) and putting it under contract. Test and evaluate consumer responses to different negotiation tactics and scripts.
* Actively seek referrals and introductions to networks of business owners.
* Report to and assist the Sales Manager by ensuring leads are properly qualified and offered. Understand which contracts to use and need to close on a deal. Understand exit strategies, financing, offers, and the generation of accurate repair lists.
* Give ratified contracts to the Closing Department and/or assist with getting all paperwork over to the Transaction * * * * * * Coordinator so we can move forward with closing.
* Link the proper leads to the appropriate campaigns for accurate tracking and measuring. Work with the Marketing Manager if necessary.
* Hold to the highest ethical standards and use business judgment to balance the needs of the client with the needs of the company.
* Additional duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary.

* Candidate must be Coachable
* You must be able to work full-time
* Self-starter & self-learner


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Laptop or desktop with a noise-canceling headset.
* Windows operating system should be i5 and up & at least 4GB of RAM
* Internet Speed: 15mbps up with LAN connection
* Must have a backup source for power and internet for outages.
