JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for an energetic, organized individual that wears many hats and is proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher. Video and photoshop editing, managing all social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Tiktoc, Pinterest, etc.) manage/learn CRM filing systems, (Dotloop, Propertybase, CANVA, HAR) Skiptracing. lead generation, Ad management, Geofencing, website management, managing business schedules weekly, daily follow-up with current & potential prospects clients.

Requirements
We require individuals with some years of customer service experience with experience in problem-solving
Leadership qualities - Ability to give directions and ensure they are followed and able to oversee 6-8 agents
Very strong communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite applications
Must be a fast learner and able to manage multiple tasks while performing under pressure
• Coordinate and manage all filing systems, making sure all transactions are uploaded timely
• Must stay in constant communication with all current clients and potential clients (daily updates)
• Must be able to take/receive calls/emails
