Get me caught up on US Federal / State taxes

Multiple businesses that are structured differently. Personal incomes for my spouse and I. Way behind on Quickbooks. Rental properties. Everything is a mess. I need someone experienced in preparing US federal taxes to help organize everything. I don't need Quickbooks Certified whatevers. I need people experienced in US tax preparation.
